Terms of service
Terms of Service
By connecting a Discord account and an exchange key, you accept the terms below. What Pasabai agrees to do — and what it will not.
Last updated 30 July 2026
Execution only
Pasabai is an execution tool. It reads signal sources you enable, validates them against deterministic rules, and places orders in your own exchange account. It does not advise, recommend, or select trades.
Your account, your custody
Funds stay in your MEXC account at all times. Pasabai never holds, pools, transfers, or withdraws assets, and requires keys without withdrawal permission. There is no custody of user balances.
Your configuration governs
Sizing, leverage caps, stop-loss requirements, take-profit behaviour, and enabled sources are yours to set. Orders that result from those settings are your orders.
Source access
Paid partner sources may only be enabled while you hold the required role or membership in that community. Losing access stops new executions for that source.
Availability and kill switch
Execution depends on Discord, exchange APIs, and network conditions outside our control. Pasabai may pause execution globally or per source during incidents, including via an operator kill switch.
Subscription
Subscriptions are sold as prepaid fixed terms (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) priced in USDT: 39 (1 month), 105 (3 months), 199 (6 months), and 359 (12 months). Separately, a 10% performance fee applies to attributed profit on positions Pasabai opened, above a lifetime profit peak, invoiced monthly. Checkout converts USDT to PHP at KwikPay’s live topup rate for the USDT-TRC20 deposit. Access ends at the close of the paid term; buying another term while active extends the end date. Unpaid performance fees overdue by three days block new signals and term extension. No refunds and no mid-term unsubscribe. Open positions remain yours to manage on the exchange.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pasabai is not liable for trading losses, missed executions, exchange downtime, or signal quality from third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
API key safety
Create the key correctly, once.
Five rules that keep an execution key from becoming a liability. Use a trade-only Futures key — never enable withdrawals — and bind it to Pasabai’s IPs during setup.
Never enable withdrawals
Create a futures trade-only key without withdrawal access. Pasabai checks the key against MEXC’s API and refuses it when it can detect withdrawal-related read access. That check depends on MEXC’s responses and is not a substitute for creating a trade-only key yourself.
Bind the key to our IPs
Restrict the key to the static addresses shown during setup. An IP-bound key is useless to anyone else. Pasabai cannot verify IP binding from the exchange API — you must set it on MEXC.
Grant futures trading only
No spot, no margin transfers, no sub-account permissions beyond what execution requires.
One key per tool
Do not reuse an execution key across bots or scripts. Rotate it if you ever paste it somewhere else.
Revoke without hesitation
If anything looks wrong, delete the key on the exchange first. Execution stops immediately; your positions stay under your control.
