The door

Invite & earn opens when you start a trial or subscribe. The public door starts at 19 USDT per month. You do not earn on your own seat. After it opens, your recruiting seat stays on — renew subscription to keep trading, not to keep earning.

Rate vs spread

On someone you invited, you earn everything between your upline and 30%. On people they invited, you earn only your spread. You never earn on your own seat. Spread is your rate minus the person above you.

Founding at 10%

Merc keeps six house Founding seats. They are invite-only, and their rate is fixed at 10% — they cannot raise it. On people they invited, they still take everything up to 30%. On people those people invited, they keep the 10%.

Depth still pays

When people invited by people you invited pay, you still earn your spread. You do not have to be the direct referrer. That cut is smaller than what you keep when the person you invited pays their own bill.

The 30% trap

Stay below 30% if you want people you invite to earn on their invites. At the cap they lock with 0% spread. Lower before you invite — after they land at 30% the band will not let you drop. Lowering does not give away what people you invited pay: you still keep everything between your upline and 30% on their own bills. If your upline stays at 30%, ask them to lower. You cannot switch who sits above you.

Who you sit under

The person whose invite you use at the door is who you sit under: their link before you sign in, or a code you type when you buy a seat. If you subscribed with no referrer, you can still bind an inviter within 30 days of that first credit. After that window, or after a bind, the lock is permanent.

Questions

Do I have to keep paying to keep earning?
No. Subscribe once to open the door. After it opens, your recruiting seat stays on even if your trading subscription lapses — renew to keep trading, not to keep earning.
What if my upline stays at 30%?
Your spread is 0% and you cannot switch who sits above you. Ask them to lower their rate — when they do, your spread opens on future payments. Leave headroom yourself before you invite others so they can earn on their invites. Lowering your rate does not give away what people you invited pay.
How do I get a rate?
Open someone's invite link before you sign in, type their invite code when you buy a seat, or bind their Merc UID or invite within 30 days of your first subscription credit. After the 30-day window, that lock is permanent.
